WHO ARE YOU? - My name is Andreas Landgren. I was born in South Korea but came to Sweden at an early age. Growing up in a new environment teaches you a lot about life. Since I was a kid, I have been known for being a bright and positive person with a curious mindset. I always kept my eyes open, observing the world around me. People around me know I have a relentless personality for better and worse. Maybe it is something that is inherited from my heritage or just the fact that I had many challenges in life that I had to overcome. My strong Ethos has helped me to accomplish many things in my life that I am proud of. I was the youngest person in Sweden to get a black belt in Taekwondo and be a proud team member of the Sweden junior nationals team. I entered as first in class at HDK (Royal academy of arts) without any prior education, which I eventually dropped out to start my first company at the age of 24. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my girlfriend, and all kinds of extreme sports.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING AT TOMORROW? -I am in charge of strategic planning, growing the Tomorrow brand, and most important of all, supporting and building an organization where people can grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.
WHAT HAS BEEN THE MOST CHALLENGING IN YOUR ROLE -Running a business and even more, a global business is a tough balancing act: people, clients, expectations, innovation, and economics. The biggest challenge so far has been to create clarity. To find a common direction for everybody connected to Tomorrow, it took us 15 years to define ourselves. So from here, it will be an exciting journey.
WHAT HAS BEEN THE BEST PART OF YOUR ROLE? -Two things, meet amazing people from all over the world that also believes that progress, creativity, and respect for each other is the way to create a better world. I am also happy to work with amazingly talented people that created a way to make other people grow. We had people with the right mindset without any industry experience grow within Tomorrow and later become the best visual designers in the world. That makes me excited to go to work every day.
