WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
As a 3D modeler you’ll have the deepest understanding of how objects are constructed. A talent for both organic and hard surfaces with a know-how to best place polygons to keep the models as light as possible with the necessary details.
Primarily working with photo reference and modeling accurate 3d models with exact form /shapes and correct dimensions.
You’ve a high expertise in how all different materials are constructed by the laws of nature or in an industrial environment.
You will mainly be working inside of a team at TMRW with the purpose to extend our asset library with sculptures, artwork, furniture, accessories, and urban objects but also work directly together with our teams to build project specific content, need to work well with deadlines.
ON TO YOU - ARE WE A PERFECT FIT?
You are proactive and able to take either direction or criticism and work together in a team.
Knowledge of optimized polygon modeling techniques and in both - hard surface and organic modeling is your strong side. You are familiar with using photo references for modeling and have a comprehensive understanding of material specifications and impact on surfacing properties. UVW mapping is not an obstacle yor you.
You have a brilliant understanding of different types of materials from metal, wood, fabrics to vegetation. And also experience in materials/shader/look development is your strong side.
BOXES TO TICK:
-Minimum 3 years of expertise of high quality asset creation
-Expert knowledge in 3D modeling software such as zbrush or other sculpting program. 3ds Max or blender expertise is a plus
-Expert knowledge in photoshop and substance painter, designer, Mari or equivalent software for creating custom textures.
-High knowledge of Vray materials and pbr shading techniques
-Experience in Realtime Assets and LODs
- Your attitude is as outstanding as your portfolio.
